SWARS International Consulting Engineers has provided cost management services on a wide range of construction projects throughout Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, Dubai and Kuwait since 2005. Our principal services include all aspects of cost and contract management including design, construction, planning, estimating, contract negotiation, cost auditing and certification.
