Why it is unpaid?

There is a common misconception that taking an unpaid candidate is somehow unlawful or unethucal, however the reality is that it is oerfectly legal provided that the candidate is benefiting from the experience, not being exploited for free labour.

In fact, what many employers don't realise is that many graduates struggle to get their foot in the door unless they are given the chance to gain some work experience, which really puts them in an unfortunate catch to the situation (no job without experience, noexperience without job).

Therefore we are honestly giving the individual a favour by letting them gain work experience.
